20th birthday

So, my birthday just passed 2 days ago...  I'm officially 20 now... One year older, one year wiser.. 

Been very busy working for Hollywood production as a hairstylist for now. The working hour is quite long, sometimes even work more than 14 hours a day. Although it's kinda tiring sometimes but I learned a lot, gained lots of experience and meet a bunch of good friends which older than me, and they taught me a lot. I will not give up! I will just do my very best! 3 months to go and I'll be back to my family! I miss home! :( 

Okay! Back to my topic... How I celebrate my birthday? I didn't thought of celebrating it at all, because I feel so tired after work. Didn't even thought about it. As my working call time is always change.. I hope that I can finish work early, so that I can maybe go for dinner after work or something? And the time sheet is out, work at 2pm to 1.30pm and I was like...... So sad. But guess what??? We end up finish work at 10 because there's no more work for us!!! yay!!! Partyyyy!!! Straight away go to LIVE, Johor to club! Didn't even change. First time wearing so casual to club, I feel weird. Lol...

 Clock strikes to 12am, and bf phone alarm making noises, he suddenly sing birthday song to me when I'm about to sleep, which makes me laugh like crazy. But still I complain that he's not romantic and he replied, " what can I do to surprise you or buy you a present when you're with me all the time?" Yes yes yes. Speechless... Heart broken.. Excuses!!!  So, when I thought I got no surprise, no nothing. When I'm working half way "someone" come in with lots of macaroons and a cake and everyone start singing birthday song... Awwwww... What more could I ask for? This is more than enough... It melts my heart.. Seriously, little thing that counts!

Woke up early in the morning to prepare breakfast for sister and fetch her to school today. 

A good way to kick start my day. 

It just took me less than 5 minutes to prepare it actually. 

If you're in a rush, you can make this as breakfast.

No need to fried, no need to wash the pan.. Very very easy..

1. Put the egg in a bowl and place it in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.

2. Pour some hot water in the bowl, 

put your hot dog and bacon in the bowl, leave it in the microwave for 3-5minutes

Tadaaa~ Your breakfast can be serve..

Sister went to this cafe yesterday and I've been told that the tiramisu cake here was very good, so i decided to have a try.. From my opinion, I think the food there is so-so? But still you can go to have a try, as the place is kinda comfortable...

Before sending sister off to tuition, I brought her to have ice ball (AIS KEPAL) at bits and bobs during this sunny hot day! If you don't know, this stall located between Plan B and Missing Marbles. Other than ice ball they are selling ice potong and childhood snacks too! You can also rent a bike here...

Hello hello hello... Yes, it's me! I'm back! I'm finally back to blog!! Won't be Mia (missing in action) anymore. Will keep my blog update!.. ;) So, do stalk me often! Just kidding.. You can now read my blog to know more about me! :)  Used to blog a lot during high school but...... after I enter college and makeup academy I've forgotten about my blog. I tried to blog but end up saving it as draft, half way blogging. I Used to blog about food, emo sh*ts and fashion? But now there's something added, my love life? *shy* hahaha...  My close friend was like "what? You finally have a boyfriend?" And some of them was like " Serious? He is your first love? We didn't make any reservation and it was pretty full, but we still manage to get a sit in few minutes time. Lucky us.  It was my first time here. Honestly, this place looked romantic to me and the food was not bad.. Especially the Sizzling Brownie with Oreo Ice-Cream! It was so good!

Time to let go.

Everything happens for a reason. Just because you have to physically let them go, doesnt mean you have to let them go emotionally. Consider it a blessing that this person was once in your life.To let go isn't to forget, not to think about, or to ignore. It doesn't leave feelings, anger, jealousy or reregret. Letting go isn't about how you appear, and it's not obsessing or dwelling on the past. Letting go isn't blocking memories, thinking sad thoughts, doesn't leave emptiness, hurt or sadness. It's not about defeat. To let go is to cherish the memories, but to overcome and move on. It is having an open mind confidence in the future. Letting go is learning and experiencing and growing. To let go is to made you cry and made you grow. It's about all that you have, all that you had, and all that you will soon gain. Letting go is having the courage and the strength to keep moving. Letting go is growing up.

 

Letting go and moving on is often what makes us stronger and happier. So, why we want to look back and feel the pain?

 

SIGN TO LET GO.

4. Someone continuously overlooks your worth. – Know your worth! When you give yourself to someone who doesn’t respect you, you surrender pieces of your soul that you’ll never get back. 5. You are never given a chance to speak your mind. – Sometimes an argument saves a relationship, whereas silence breaks it. Speak up for your heart so that you won’t have regrets. Life is not about making others happy. Life is about being honest and sharing your happiness with others.
6. You are frequently forced to sacrifice your happiness. – If you allow people to make more withdrawals than deposits in your life, you will be out of balance and in the negative before you know it. Know when to close the account. It’s always better to be alone with dignity than in a relationship that constantly requires you to sacrifice your happiness and self-respect.

Last but definitely not least, the one thing you should never let go of is hope. Remember what you deserve and keep pushing forward.

Chinese New Year Means Everything NEW

Got no idea what to blog today. As I mention on my previous post, the only thing in my mind now is Chinese new Year, which I really can't wait for it! And for me, Chinese New Year means everything new! New clothes, new shoes, new accessories, new bag, new life?? and etc..
I'm sure that most of you are busy with this festive preparation, shopping, spring cleaning and stuff. My family and i started to clean our house. Those who don't know, this is the tradition based on the belief that cleaning before Chinese New Year will get the house ready for good luck again!
My wardrobe is full! Very full!! 3 wardrobe is full of my clothes. I don't know where to start... *faint* I know it's a little too exaggerated, but I'm sure that I'm not the only girl that have that much clothes! I still remember there's someone tell me this, "Now I know why you still don't have a boyfriend!! Is because you're a crazy shopper and that will scare a guy off!!" I was like, hello! I'm using my own allowance and salary to buy my own stuff! Problem? Well, I'm not going to mention your name, you know who you are! Haha. Anyway, I'm still shopping for Chinese New Year! A girl can never get enough of clothes! Haha

HELLO FEBRUARY!

Hello everyone! I'm back to blog on the first day of February, the month of LOVE and CELEBRATION! Hope all of you get full of love and happiness this month. What come in your mind about February?? No deny the first thing comes to lots of people mind is Valentine's day. A day which reminds me that I'm still single! Every Valentine's day I'm watching my friend receiving gifts and going out for a romantic dinner date with their loved one which I never experienced before. NEVER!  Anyway, i won't mind not having a date on the 14th because I can celebrate it with people around who love me or maybe all my single girl friends??? :D So, as a single lady Valentine day means nothing to me. The only thing in my mind now is Chinese New Year!! Can you believe that in less than 1 week we will be celebrating chinese new year!?? I don't know about you, but I certainly feeling excited and I can't wait for Chinese New Year to come! I can't wait for gathering with my family and friends! I can't wait to wear all my new clothes! And most importantly I can't wait to collect "Ang pows" (red packet)!!! Hahahaha.

Have you been to Warm before?  It was the third time i visit Warm. I still can remember the first time i visited warm was on New year eve! That time the restaurant was decorated with lots of beautiful balloons!

Good food, Reasonable price and Good service! It is definitely one restaurant you'd have to bring your family or friends to, for a visit.

  Babe Nic pick me up from work around 7. The minute I get into her car, we start deciding where to go and what to eat. The only thing came out in my mind was macarons! I wish that I can have macarons everyday without getting fat!!! *dreaming* As nicole love macarons and western food. So, I decided to bring her to one of my favourite restaurant, WARM to have our dinner! She's a food lover like me too!!
Before heading to Warm, I told her that I swear I'm not going to eat anything for dinner as I'm on a diet. I've been stuffed with lots of good food once i got back to my hometown, Ipoh for almost one month! Thanks to my parents, always feed me with good food and complain after I get fat. :( I gained lots of weight! I'm not lying but my photos did! My face getting rounder and rounder and my tummy is getting bigger and bigger! Mom even says that my face round like a ball! And that's true! Emoooooo! :((( 

FAIL BIG TIME!!! How can a food lover not eat when she visit her favourite restaurant?? Trying not to look on the menu for so long, because I know that i couldn't control myself when it come to food! *help* The young manager of Warm, sky if I'm not mistaken. ( can't really remember his name) recommended me salmon salad! Omg, salmon!?? My all time favourite! How can I resist my favourite?? It's just so tempting! Seriously.  I wanted to try out all the dishes, but too bad I'm on diet now! 9 more days to Chinese New Year! I wanna look good!! So, must control! hahaha.

As usual, we can't stop talking whenever we both meet! No doubt! Nicole is a very good listener of mine. She will never get bored of my grandmother's story and my problems!! She thought that everything i told her was interesting and she will try her very best to make me happy whenever i'm down! I'm so lucky to have a silly best friend like her! Thanks for being such a good friend! LOVE YOU!!

Told Sky, that I wanted to eat something light as I'm on a serious diet! So surprised that he know that I love Salmon! He recommended me Salmon Salad! It not only look good, it taste extremely delicious! It perfect for those who on diet!

 Macarons after the delicious meal! Who doesn't love dessert? Thanks sky for the delicious macarons! It taste like heaven!!! I love how the macarons taste in warm, it was different from other restaurant/cafe! REALLYYYY! I don't know how to describe!! It's really hard to describe the taste but I'm sure that you'll like them! Macarons lover, what are you waiting for?? And guys, if your girlfriend is a macarons lover bring her there! She will love it!
